The Earl of Caithness's full title is The Rt Hon. the Earl of Caithness. His name is Malcolm Ian Sinclair, and he was excluded from the House of Lords on 29 April 2026 pursuant to section 1 of the House of Lords (Hereditary Peers) Act 2026.
