Lord Carlile of Berriew

Lord Carlile of Berriew is a Crossbench Life peer who has sat under this title in the Lords since 12 October 1999. His full title is The Lord Carlile of Berriew CBE QC, and his given name is Alexander Charles Carlile. Prior to joining the Lords, he sat in the Commons as an MP, and was first elected in 1983.
