Lord Carr of Hadley

Lord Carr of Hadley is no longer a Member of the Lords, but sat in the House under this title between 15 January 1976 and 17 February 2012. His full title is The Rt Hon. the Lord Carr of Hadley, and his given name is Leonard Robert Carr. Prior to joining the Lords, he sat in the Commons as an MP, and was first elected in 1950.
