APPG officer roles
All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament. They are run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, though many choose to involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities.

Beauty and Wellbeing
The group seeks to spotlight and raise the reputation of the beauty industry by investigating and exploring key issues that impact the sectors within it. By highlighting these issues, the group aims to underscore the importance of tackling misinformation, and the economic and social benefits to the UK.

The APPG brings together parliamentarians, industry experts and civil society to explore policies to improve digital inclusion with the aim to close the digital divide in the UK. The APPG is committed to finding and amplifying ways to enhance access to data and devices and improve digital skills.

To ensure the full implementation of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Programme of Action (PoA) to achieve universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights and sustainable development.

To support the resilience and relevance of theatre in the UK for audiences, society and the industry. To identify and debate potential opportunities and issues for theatre in the UK. To support parliamentarians’ understanding of the theatre and performing arts industry at a national and local level.

The APPG aims to promote the West Midlands as an economic and academic powerhouse, focusing on life sciences, renewable energy, creative industries, and advanced manufacturing. It will raise awareness of the region's importance in the UK economy, ensuring equal representation for all areas, including those inside and outside the Combined Authority.

The APPG provides a unique and dynamic forum for MPs and Peers of all parties to work collectively to explore the challenges and opportunities for female entrepreneurs, ensure they are considered in the political arena and make sure steps are taken to boost female entrepreneurship in the UK.
