Baroness Blake of Leeds's full title is The Baroness Blake of Leeds CBE. Her name is Judith Vivienne Blake, and she is a current member of the House of Lords.

To facilitate information sharing between the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and UK parliamentarians, through the facilitation of meetings and events to contribute to and strengthen policy debate and policy formation in the UIK, raising awareness among parliamentarians of the work of the OECD.

To promote evidence-based discussion and action on all aspects of prepayment meters; to inform energy policy decisions and to enable communications between interested parties and relevant parliamentarians. The group aims to find solutions to the inequitable treatment of customers on prepayment meters.
