APPG officer roles
All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament. They are run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, though many choose to involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities.

Customer Service
To raise awareness and understanding of customer service, including its impact on economic growth. To improve public services, business performance and employability through customer service skills training and provide an improved outcome for customers and citizens.

Pandemic Response and Recovery
To provide a forum for open debate on pandemic management, to prevent avoidable suffering and loss in the future and ensure public health measures are proportional to the risk. To scrutinise the safety and regulatory approval of Covid-19 vaccines and review financial arrangements for anyoneharmed or bereaved by them.

To raise awareness of the drug Primodos and the plight of the families who have been affected.

To work in consultation with the West Coast Rail 250 Campaign for the upgrading and continued renewal of the infrastructure and rolling stock on the West Coast Main Line.
