Baroness Finlay of Llandaff's full title is The Baroness Finlay of Llandaff. Her name is Ilora Gillian Finlay, and she is a current member of the House of Lords.

To raise awareness of the impact of grief. To bring local and national bereavement services, charities, health professionals and individuals affected by grief together, to improve bereavement care across the UK. To reduce the postcode lottery in the quality and provision of bereavement support services and promote best practice.

To break the taboo by raising awareness of bladder and bowel continence for adults and children and to promote cost effective funding for assessment, treatment and appropriate product provision.

To keep cancer on the political agenda, monitor implementation of government initiatives, provide briefings to parliamentarians, and ensure policy-making is evidence-based and patient-centred.

The APPG is the leading forum for parliamentarians from both Houses and all parties to work together to discuss ways of tackling CO poisoning, improve government policy on CO safety and raise public awareness of the threat posed by deadly CO gas.

The group will bring together parliamentarians and policy and practice experts, to promote awareness, to share knowledge, and to better understand of the needs of unpaid carers. To inform policy which secures the best quality of life and death for the growing number of babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. To improve awareness of their needs and to make sure they are understood by those who can help, including government and parliament.

To inform Members about the Commonwealth Secretariat's developments to strengthen the Commonwealth network; to keep members aware of the range of non-parliamentary activities and programmes carried out underneath the Commonwealth brand, both on governmental and non-governmental levels; and to take advantage of opportunities within the developing Commonwealth network for Britain's political and commercial activities and for Britain's positioning in the new international landscape.
