APPG officer roles
All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament. They are run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, though many choose to involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities.

Commercial Sexual Exploitation
To work for an end to commercial sexual exploitation. To lead research and advocacy in Parliament to tackle all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. To seek public policy that works effectively to support victims, hold perpetrators to account and combat demand for sexual exploitation.

To provide a policy forum for frontline drug and alcohol treatment sector providers and interested parliamentarians with a focus on evidence-based harm reduction, treatment and recovery. We believe in evidence, not prejudice, in policy – and treatment, not punishment, in practice.

Issues Affecting Men and Boys
To raise awareness of disadvantages and poor outcomes faced by men and boys in education, mental/physical health and law; to influence attitudes, role models, policy and legislation that will lead to positive differences to their well-being and lives.

Taxation
To look at and understand tax policy and taxation on all levels including simplification and digitalisation, EU Brexit and its impact on the UK’s taxation system, and international taxation. To work in partnership with HM Treasury to create a 'safe space' for Parliamentarians and interested stakeholders to meet, discuss and develop innovative proposals to reform, simplify and make the UK’s taxation system fairer.
