Lord Tyler

Lord Tyler is a Liberal Democrat Life peer who has sat under this title in the Lords since 15 June 2005. His full title is The Rt Hon. the Lord Tyler, and his given name is Paul Archer Tyler. Prior to joining the Lords, he sat in the Commons as an MP, and was first elected in 1974. He currently undertakes the role of Liberal Democrat Lords Spokesperson (Constitutional and Political Reform).
