The Earl of Shrewsbury is a Conservative Excepted Hereditary peer who has sat under this title in the Lords since 1 July 1981. His full title is The Earl of Shrewsbury DL, and his given name is Charles Henry John Benedict Crofton Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot.
