Lord Newby

Lord Newby is a Liberal Democrat Life peer who has sat under this title in the Lords since 15 October 1997. His full title is The Rt Hon. the Lord Newby OBE, and his given name is Richard Mark Newby. He is Liberal Democrat Leader in the House of Lords.
