Lord Northfield

Lord Northfield is no longer a Member of the Lords, but sat in the House under this title between 20 January 1976 and 18 April 2013. His full title is The Lord Northfield, and his given name is William Donald Chapman. Prior to joining the Lords, he sat in the Commons as an MP, and was first elected in 1951.
