Marquess of Salisbury

Marquess of Salisbury is no longer a Member of the Lords, but sat in the House under this title between 29 April 1992 and 8 June 2017. His full title is The Most Hon. the Rt Hon. Marquess of Salisbury DL, and his given name is Robert Michael James Gascoyne-Cecil. Prior to joining the Lords, he sat in the Commons as an MP, and was first elected in 1979.
